Remote support involves fixing basic computer problems over the internet using remote assistance programs. We can connect to your computer from the shop and fix a variation of software problems. Of course, for hardware issues, remote access is no replacement for actually having the computer in front of a technician, but it can be a quick fix for some software and configuration problems.

Remote support costs are just £30 for the first hour and then £5 for each subsequent 15mins. This service currently only supports Windows remote access.
